Students of all ability and fitness levels enroll in our adult program with a similar goal:

  •  To stay physically fit
  •  Learn how to defend themselves
  •  Become a part of a team training environment.

As a group, our adult students train hard and work to achieve their goals; as individuals, we help them to reach personal standards of fitness and confidence they didn’t think possible.  Improved cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and coordination are just some of the benefits our teen and adult students enjoy.  Students also see an increase in their confidence with self-defense training and have better self-esteem.
